YuriAI is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our service.

Data We Collect

Authentication Data

Your email address and Google account information for login purposes only.

Google Drive Files

File metadata (names, sizes, types) and content when you explicitly ask YuriAI to read, edit, or create files. Files are stored in your personal Google Drive, not on our servers.

Chat History

Your conversations are stored locally in your browser and optionally synced to Firebase for cross-device access. This includes message content and voice mode preferences.

Usage Data

Rate limit tracking, AI model usage statistics, and error logs for service improvement and abuse prevention.

How We Protect Your Data

  • End-to-End Encryption: Your Google Drive connection uses OAuth 2.0 with secure token exchange.
  • Firebase Security Rules: Firestore database access is restricted to authenticated users only.
  • No Server Storage: Your files remain in your Google Drive. We don't store file content on our servers.
  • Rate Limiting: Server-side rate limits prevent abuse and unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

Google

Authentication (Firebase Auth) and file storage (Google Drive API). Subject to Google's privacy policy.

AI Providers

Messages are sent to AI model providers (Gemini, OpenRouter, etc.) for processing. These providers may log data for service improvement. Check individual provider policies for details.

Firebase

Authentication, real-time database (Firestore), and hosting. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your Rights

  • Delete Account: Contact us to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
  • Clear Chat History: Delete messages directly from the chat interface.
  • Revoke Drive Access: Remove YuriAI from your Google Account's connected apps at any time.
  • Export Data: Download your files directly from Google Drive.
  • Data Deletion Request: Email us with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
