Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YuriAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Acceptable Use

  • Use YuriAI for legitimate business and personal productivity purposes
  • Manage your own files and data in Google Drive
  • Generate reports, analyze data, and automate tasks
  • Use voice features for hands-free operation

Prohibited Uses

  • Using YuriAI for illegal activities or content generation
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or hacking the service
  • Spamming, harassing, or sending unsolicited messages
  • Sharing account credentials or unauthorized access
  • Violating Google Drive's Terms of Service

Rate Limits & Fair Use

YuriAI implements rate limits to ensure fair usage and prevent abuse. These limits are enforced server-side and cannot be bypassed.

Current Limits (Starter Plan)

  • • 60 messages per day
  • • 30 messages per hour
  • • 4 messages per minute

Limits vary by plan. Professional and Enterprise plans offer higher limits. Check the Settings page for your current quota status.

Data & AI Model Usage

Your messages are processed by AI models (Gemini, OpenRouter, etc.). These providers may log data for service improvement. By using YuriAI, you agree to their respective terms.

Important Notes

  • • Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial data, SSN)
  • • AI responses may be inaccurate - verify important information
  • • File operations are irreversible - review before confirming
  • • Voice data is processed locally or by browser speech APIs

Disclaimer of Warranties

YuriAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • • Compatibility with all file types or systems
  • • Security against all cyber threats

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YuriAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • • Loss of data or files
  • • Business interruption
  • • AI-generated errors or inaccuracies
  • • Third-party service failures

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to YuriAI at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • • Abuse of rate limits or fair use policies
  • • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • • Non-payment of applicable fees

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YuriAI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
